In Depth:
The rain has pushed out of the area. However, a disturbance will
dive our way this afternoon. While most areas will be dry, it
could squeeze out a few showers in our eastern counties. This
is also when winds may gusts up to 20-25 mph.
Tonight, a cold front will sweep across the region, and that will make it
colder Saturday. This system could squeeze out a few more light
showers tonight and in the morning in our eastern counties. A few
snowflakes are possible in those areas too.
Here's the Weekend Planner. Meet members of the Storm 5 Weather
team Saturday at Severe Weather Awareness Day at Trevecca. I'll be
there from 9a-11a. It's free. You are asked to pre-register, but they
won't keep anyone out. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdf0rbFn0Eb6srmtt-alr4ASFRdEHWYsDNTOKOpzTjVPq7iZw/viewform
Sunday, I'll be the speaker at St. Phille AME for their annual Black
History Month Service and Soul Food Feast. There's always GREAT food.
