NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The threat of damaging wind and flooding prompted a Storm 5 Alert Sunday into Monday morning.
As rain continues overnight the threat for flooding will continue. Showers should be gone by mid-morning Monday, and clouds will slowly break heading into the afternoon. Highs will be cooler than the weekend, but seasonal.
A Flood Watch went into effect Sunday morning and will last into Monday morning. A Flash Flood Watch also went into effect until 3 p.m. for Calloway and Trigg County in Kentucky.
