We've scored a turkey today with 3 days in a row of 100 degrees in Music City. The sweltering trend is going to begin to slowly wind down later this week. Highs will sit in the upper 90s the next few days before falling into the mid-90s for the weekend.

A cold front will save us Sunday, bringing much-needed relief to the mid-south. It'll also provide a few rain chances throughout the weekend. It won't be a drought buster, but any rain is good rain.
Next week we'll see highs 20 degrees cooler than now in the low 80s!
