One more cold night before milder conditions settle in. Temperatures will soar into the middle and upper 60s Tuesday & Wednesday ahead of a potent cold front set to move through Thursday. Wind gusts Wednesday and Thursday will be as high as 25-30mph. The wind energy associated with this next system may produce some strong to severe wind gusts within the storms on Thursday. At this point the highest severe threat will be across Alabama and Mississippi, so we'll be on the edge of the severe threat. Stay tuned as we iron out the specifics of what to expect and when.
