NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Authorities said they’re attempting to identify the man who robbed one of Pinnacle Bank’s branches.
The incident happened around 3:25 p.m. Friday at 2300 West End Avenue.
Metro officers and those with the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force said they were pursuing leads to identify the masked robber.
Officials said the man entered the bank wearing a light blue Chicago Bulls cap with dark clothes.
The suspect allegedly demanded both $100 and $50 bills from the tellers while he claimed to be carrying a pistol wrapped in a towel.
The robber fled after taking the money. Authorities said it was believed he fled in a smaller model blue Chevrolet sedan.
No injuries were reported.
