APPLE GINGER SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, peeled
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1-inch chunk of ginger root (or use a dash of ground ginger)
1 Tbsp. (or more to your liking) of fresh lemon juice, seeds removed
Pinch of fresh parsley (or use a dash of ground parsley)
Directions:
Wash the cucumber and apple well before peeling and chopping. Remove the ginger root’s skin and discard. Mix all of the ingredients in a high-power blender.

BERRY BOOM BOOM SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1 cup organic frozen berries of choice
8-12 oz. (unsweetened) vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp. ground coffee
1 serving vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp. (unsalted, unsweetened) almond butter
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a high-power blender and enjoy!
