Dr. Prior talked about how pet owners can tend to their pets if they’re quarantined or become ill due to the coronavirus. He also answered questions called in by viewers. There is currently no evidence that animals, including pets, can be infected with the coronavirus, and no evidence that animals can even spread the virus. But the CDC wants pet owners to be prepared as the number of confirmed coronavirus cases continue to rise.
