The ANM.L.-Style burger at M.L.Rose is without a doubt one of my favorite burgers in Nashville. With locations in Melrose, Sylvan Park, Capitol View, and Mt. Juliet, and two more on the way, M.L.Rose is one of Nashville's favorite burger destinations.

When I stopped by, Julie Merick showed off the ANM.L style and the Belgian burger.

According to Julie, the most important step is that all of their burgers start out with dry-aged Porter Road beef. M.L.Rose uses a proprietary blend that they created in collaboration with Porter Road.

The ANM.L.-Style
This is the signature burger for M.L.Rose - two smashed patties, perfectly melty American cheese, stout braised onions, shredded iceberg, tomato, pickles, and awesome sauce on a Charpier's Bakery bun!

The Belgian Burger

This burger consists of two smashed patties, smoked gouda, chopped bacon, crispy onions, shredded iceberg, and garlic peppercorn aioli (try dipping your fries into the aioli for bonus points!)

Of course, you can't have a burger without fries! They offer two options: sweet potato waffle fries or regular waffle fries, which are both salty, crispy perfection.

Check out their full food and drink menu here!

The beers
You can't talk about M.L.Rose without mentioning their beer selection. They offer about 101 beers on the menu at their four locations.

Bring the kids!
They also offer a kids menu, so don't hesitate to bring the little ones along.

Weekend brunch
Brunch is a pro-level sport in Nashville, and M.L.Rose just might be the MVP! Whether you’re recovering from last night or just starting your day, 2-for-1 mimosas and Bloody Marys are great for sharing. Don’t forget to load up on waffles, loaded hashbrowns and bottomless coffee! Their brunch is offered on Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm. Check out the brunch menu here.

The history
M.L.Rose began in 2008 in Nashville’s emerging Melrose neighborhood. Melrose was on the verge of revival, but it didn’t yet have a great neighborhood bar. So with a strong passion for craft beer and sharing it with friends, Austin Ray opened the first M.L.Rose location where studio musicians, hospitality workers, and celebrities mingled with local residents to create a laid-back, full-of-life, stay-a-while kind of place.

As the city has grown, so have they! The goal is to win the hearts of every community they serve.

With uncomplicated, always-changing menus and friendly, beer-savvy team, at M.L.Rose it’s easy to find your new favorite craft beer and burger, new friends, and maybe even your best beer story yet!
