Juicy Porch Sipper

2 oz Jack Daniel Tennessee Whiskey
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz triple sec
¾ oz simple syrup
1 oz pineapple juice, chilled
Garnish: pomegranate seeds

DIRECTIONS:
Stir all ingredients together over ice. Strain into a short rocks glass containing fresh ice. Float pomegranate on top.

Creamy Crunchy Dessert Bars

½ cup (one stick) butter
2 cups crushed Golden Grahams cereal
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 ¾ cups heavy whipping cream
1/8 tsp salt
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Garnish: honey

DIRECTIONS:
Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper leaving an overhang on two sides. Lightly spray paper with baking spray.

In a medium pan, melt butter. Add cereal, cinnamon and salt and stir until combined. Cool completely. Pour half the cereal mixture into the bottom of the pan and press down. Set the remaining crumbs side for topping. Put the pan in freezer to set up while you make the filling.

Beat cream until it has stiff peaks. Fold in salt, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.

Pour the creamy filling over the crust in pan; sprinkle with the remaining cereal mixture. Cover and freeze overnight. Cut into bars. Garnish with strips of honey.

Tip: you can use regular cornflakes in place of Golden Grahams. Be sure to add 3 tbsp sugar to melted butter and stir to dissolve before adding cornflakes.
