Pesto Pollo (per serving)
• 4oz Smoked Chicken
• 4oz Tomato
• 1 tsp Pesto
• 1 tbsp Goat Cheese
• 1 cup Spinach
• 4 tbsp Tzatziki Sauce
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 Crepe
Heat oil in medium saucepan. Add chicken, tomato, pesto, goat cheese, and 2 tbsp Tzatziki sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated. Add spinach and mix well. Remove from heat. Fill and fold crepe. Top with remaining Tzatziki sauce.
Berry Bomb (4 servings)
• 1 cup Blueberries
• 1 cup Strawberries
• 1 cup Blackberries or Raspberries
• ½ cup Sugar
• 4 Crepes
Combine all berries and sugar in pan until thoroughly heated. Fill crepes and top with Berry Sauce and Sweet Cream Cheese Sauce.
