Jack Daniels Banana Pudding 
 
INGREDIENTS: 
* 3/4 c sugar 
* 1/2 c flour 
* 1/4 t salt 
* 6 egg yolks, slightly beaten 
* 3 c milk 
* 2 t vanilla 
* 1 T butter 
* 1/4 c Jack Daniel's whiskey  
* Mini vanilla wafers 
* 5 ripe bananas, sliced 
* optional topping meringue or whipped cream 
 
METHOD: 
 
1. Mix sugar, flour, and salt in large saucepan on medium heat 
2. Add egg yolks and milk, whisking to combine 
3. Continue whisking and cook over medium low heat until mixture thickens (about 10 to 15 minutes) 
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter 
5. Add whiskey, stirring to combine well 
6. Layer as follows - pudding then wafers then bananas and repeat 
7. Top with whipped cream, meringue and/or more vanilla wafers 
8. Refrigerate pudding for a few hours before you serve

Tennessee Tickle Cocktail

Jack Daniel Tennessee Honey Whiskey, chilled 

Dry champagne, chilled 

In a champagne flute, pour a shot of Tennessee Honey Whiskey.  Top with champagne. Garnish with raspberry to float.
