Ms. Cheap talked about Belmont University’s annual Christmas Eve Carillon Concert, where we can enjoy entertainment in a safe environment. Belmont University’s annual Christmas Eve Carillon Concert will be at 1pm, December 24, featuring School of Music carillonneur Dr Richard Shadinger at the Belmont Bell Tower at the center of Belmont University’s campus.
