Chef’s Market Guacamole

Ingredients:

4 ripe Hass avocados

Juice of one lemon

6 drops hot sauce

½ red onion, finely chopped

½ tsp. granulated garlic

1 tsp. kosher salt

1 tsp. black pepper

1 medium tomato, seeded and diced small

1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

½ of one jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped

Directions:

· In a large bowl, place the scooped avocado pulp and lemon juice; toss to coat.

· Add six drops of hot sauce, granulated garlic, kosher salt and pepper. Add jalapeño and chopped cilantro.

· Using a knife, roughly cut the avocado at the same time mixing in the other added ingredients.

· Add in tomato and gently toss.

Yield: about 4 cups
