Crunchy Kale Chips

*Buy USDA organic ingredients whenever your budget allows

Ingredients:
Small bag of chopped kale, washed
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 275 degrees F.
After cleaning the kale thoroughly, gently pat it dry to remove any excess moisture. Place the kale in a large bowl. Pour the olive oil over the kale, stirring it (with your hands or a large spoon) to evenly coat the kale. Add in the sea salt and stir it again. Put it on a baking sheet lined with (bleach-free) parchment paper and bake it until crisp. This takes about 20 minutes: turn the kale halfway through baking. Go Green!
