BIG AL DELI'S MEATLOAF
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground beef (73 lean / 27 fat )
4 large eggs
1 can fire roasted tomatoes- diced
6 ounces ketchup
4 ounces Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
2 ounces minced garlic
1 ounce dried rosemary
21 ounces old fashioned oatmeal
Topping: 12 ounces marinara 12 ounces bbq sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1) In a large bowl mix all ingredients together thoroughly
2) In a 13×9 inch pan, roll the meatloaf into two logs and place into the pan
3) Pour 2 cups of water into the pan and cover the pan with aluminum foil
4) Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, take the aluminum foil off of the meatloaf and pour 1 cup of water into the pan and cook uncovered for 30 more minutes
5) Take the meatloaf out of the oven. The tops of the meatloaf should be dark and charred. Top the meatloaf with the marinara sauce and the bbq sauce.
6) Enjoy and be happy.
