NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — With the departue of Dion Lewis, the Tennessee Titans were in need of a running back to compliment Derrick Henry.
In the third round, the Titans selected Darrynton Evans from Appalachian State. Evans (5'11, 200 lbs.) was the Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2019 after rushing for 1,480 yards with 2,064 all purpose yards and 24 total touchdowns. He was also named MVP of the 2019 Sun Belt Conference Football Championship Game.
