MURRAY, Ky. (AP) - Jarvis Williams finished with 21 points and six rebounds to lead Murray State to a 91-72 win over Tennessee State on Saturday.
T.J. Sapp had 18 points, including five 3-pointers and six assists, Cameron Payne contributed 14 points and nine assists and Jeffery Moss added 13 points and two 3-pointers for Murray State (15-4, 4-0 Ohio Valley).
Darreon Reddick scored 25 points, including 3-of-3 shooting from 3-point range and Jay Harris chipped in 22 points and four 3-pointers for Tennessee State (3-17, 0-5).
Murray State started off the game with a 21-4 run behind three straight 3-pointers, one from Jeffery Moss and the second two from Sapp. The Racers led by 19 at half. Midway through the second half, Murray State went on a 16-0 run capped by back-to-back 3-pointers from Sapp and Payne.
