NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — New unemployment claims in Tennessee last week saw a 2,000 dip compared to the week prior.
The Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development reported the latest numbers Thursday, saying 9,498 new claims were filed the week ending February 6. The number of continued claims dropped by just under 3,000 from 54,280 to 51,660.
