NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Studies’ show that children who have at least one consistent, caring adult in their lives benefit from lower school drop-out rates, less trouble with law enforcement, and are better prepared to build good relationships with their own families. We’re focusing today on foster parenting and Youth Villages, an organization that helps to bring our most vulnerable children and families together. My guests are Ellen Blasing, Clinical Supervisor for Youth Villages and Pam Buck, who’s a Youth Villages foster and adoptive parent.
