NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — For a limited time, Infinity Hospitality Group is waiving the venue cost for corporate events at its two downtown event spaces.

Infinity Hospitality Group owns and plans events at The Bridge Building and Bell Tower.

"We need people to start talking about events," said Nathaniel Beaver, Infinity Hospitality Group owner. "We need to start filling up the calendar towards the end of the fourth quarter with corporate events."

Since March, both venues have booked a limited number of parties.

"We are approximately 80% down, and it will be worse than that as we continue," Beaver said.

To keep all of the staff on the payroll, Infinity Hospitality needs to book more events for 2021 than it did in 2020.

"I have the most amazing team. I don't want them to leave. I want them to be here. I want them to grow," he said.

Beaver said what worked against him last year, he's making work for him this year.

"If your business model is set up to just rent the space, but not provide the catering, the bar, planning, all of the services, and coordinate everything, you can't say your venue is for free because that's where all your revenue comes from," he explained.

Businesses need to reserve their date by February 28.

"We want to throw the biggest party. We want to be something people talk about forever, about what we did when we came out of COVID," he said.
