Nearly 2,000 power outages have been restored in Mt. Juliet.
Officials with the Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation confirmed the outages Saturday afternoon.
According to reports, the outages were weather-related due to wind that caused lines to come together and burn. Around 4 p.m. the outages had been restored with the exception of about 80 customers.
