Wanted fugitive arrested after found hiding under home in Lebanon

LEBANON, Tenn. (WTVF) — Wilson County Sheriff's deputies arrested a wanted fugitive Tuesday in Lebanon after he was found hiding under a home.

Jason Durand Toy was wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on a charge of accessory after the fact in connection to a homicide last year in Wilson County.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol witnessed a hit and run on South Cumberland in Lebanon. Deputy Logan Hackett spotted the suspect vehicle in the area of South Maple and Quita Circle.

The WCSO Directed Patrol and detectives located the vehicle abandoned between houses in an area Toy was thought to have been staying. He was found hiding under a home and taken into custody.
