Investigators say he opened fire at the Antioch Waffle House the early hours of April 22, killing Taurean Sanderlin, Joey Perez, DeEbony Groves, and Akilah DaSilva.
Three others were hurt.
In an exclusive interview with reporter Nick Beres, Reinking said he's not mentally ill and plans to handle his own legal defense.
He’s being held without bond.
