NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville police have made a third arrest following destructive protests in downtown Nashville on Saturday night.
On Wednesday, police said 18-year-old Vincent Hamer has been charged with aggravated rioting and felony vandalism.
Police say video and still images show Hamer using objects to break at least 2 windows at the Metro Courthouse. They credit a citizen's tip for leading to an identification.
