Most websites say the best hours for trick or treating on Oct. 31 are between 5 and 8 p.m. Here are some neighborhoods you can visit, and some tips to plan ahead.
Downtown Nashville: Belmont Neighborhood
Hillsboro/West End
Richland/Central and Whitland
East Nashville: Eastland Avenue
Belle Meade/Green Hills
Franklin: Westhaven
If you aren't planning on going out on Halloween night, there are plenty of events to check out the weekend before with just as much candy and spooky fun for all ages, and a few for younger kids earlier in the day.
