BELLE MEADE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Trader Joe's second Nashville location has officially opened on White Bridge Road.
A line of eager customers wrapped around the Lion's Head Village shopping center awaiting the ribbon cutting at 9 a.m.
There was a celebration with music and free reusable Trader Joe's grocery bags for those who attended the opening.

The first customer inside the store, Rebecca Santamaria, said she had been waiting in line since 7:30 a.m.
It took over a 23,500 square-foot building that had been empty since plans for a Fresh Market were abandoned in 2018.
The store will be open every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Trader Joe's has one other Nashville location in Green Hills.
