Nashville is known for entertainment. Now there's another way to get out and play, and with more than 100 bays, three levels, and 363 days of golf every year, Topgolf generates a lot of green.

"We have over 500 associates. Most of those are hourly. But we have over 125 full-time associates as well," said Topgolf's Laura Chappell.

According to Chappell, over a ten-year period, most Topgolf venues create more than $264.5 million in economic output for the local community.

"You don't have to be a golfer to come and have fun. You definitely don't have to be a golfer to come and play. So it's for golfers and non-golfers, alike. We have plenty of stuff here even if you don't want to swing a club. You can come a listen to music at our live music venue, you can come and have a drink at one of our sports bars, you can come and eat our delicious food," she said.

But if you are looking to get into the serious swing of things, golf enthusiasts can have fun, too.

"If you had plans to go out to a course and it was raining, come to Topgolf. We're standing underneath a cover so if it's raining, it's dry, if it's cold outside, we have heaters blowing on you," she said. "Topgolf really does hope to be that anchor tenant that brings people over to the east bank. You've got the Titans stadium but now you have Topgolf, too. We are one of the first people over here we hope to bring in all those other venues to grow this side of town."

Topgolf Nashville is the only Topgolf in the country to have a live music venue. The doors open to the public this Friday, September 22. Click here for more information.
