NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Thousands were without power Friday due severe thunderstorms in the area.
At one point, more then 23,000 NES customers were without power in the Nashville area and nearly 20,000 people experienced outages in the Clarksville area.
As of 2 p.m., around 300 outages remain of the 12,000 affected by the storm, according to Middle Tennessee Electric.
