Children found safe after TBI issues Endangered Child Alert

ALGOOD, Tenn. (WTVF) — Two missing children from Algood, Tennessee were found safe after Tennessee Burea of Investigation officials issued an Endangered Child Alert.

Police said one-year-old Kenna Allen and 4-year-old Konner Meadows were last seen Wednesday with their non-custodial mothers, Sonya Allen and Tiffany Meadows.

Sonya Allen is a 27-year-old, who is 5'4" tall, weighing 130 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Tiffany Meadows is a 41-year-old, who is 5'3" tall, and weighs 105 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.

They informed the public that the women have been traveling in a 2006 Kia Spectra hatchback with Tennessee registration 6K39F5 with damage to the front passenger door. Tiffany Meadows has an active Failure to Appear warrant with the Wilson County Sheriff's Department and Sonya Allen has an active Failure to be Booked warrant with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department.

The children were found safe in Jackson County. TBI officials canceled the alert and thanked the public for their help.
