Clarksville officials have been searching for a suspect after a burglary at Joey's Auto Sales.
The crime happened at the business on Dover Road sometime between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.
There were signs of forced entry at the business and more than $3,000 worth of equipment was stolen.
That equipment included computers, an air compressor, a battery charger, and camera equipment.
Also stolen were 32 temporary paper vehicle tags with numeric identifiers between D-135916 through 135948. Officials said the numbers are large and easily visible on tags.
A brown 1989 Ford F-150 was also stolen, but it was recovered in the Port Royal area by deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
