The man who was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top 10 Most Wanted list for his connection to the fatal shooting of a former Tennessee State University officer has been taken into custody.

Friday morning, officials confirmed 19-year-old Ricardo Lamont Murray, Jr. turned himself in to authorities at the Metro Nashville Police Department around 2 a.m. Friday.

Jonathan Outlaw was shot and killed Tuesday in Robertson County while trying to sell a vehicle.

Officials said Murray and two other people met up with Outlaw that night for the transaction near the BP gas station on Maxey Road in Cedar Hill.

A juvenile from Clarksville was arrested Thursday and has been facing the same charges as Murray, including criminal homicide, aggravated robbery, and theft over $10,000.

Murray was being held in Nashville on four outstanding warrants, including auto theft, evading arrest, unlawful gun possession, and driving on a revoked license.

Reports stated officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department learned Tuesday night from OnStar that a stolen white Chevrolet Camaro linked to Outlaw's murder was around Murfreesboro Pike. When the vehicle was spotted by authorities near Una Elementary School, Murray reportedly fled from the car and didn't obey commands to stop.

An officer chased Murray but lost sight of him in the dark. A .380 caliber pistol was found inside the Camaro.

The sheriff’s office was reportedly still searching for one other suspect in Outlaw's death.

Visitation has been set for Outlaw at Hooker's Funeral Home on Franklin Street in Clarksville from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. Visitation will also be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Fifth Ward Baptist Church on Franklin Street with the funeral immediately following visitation.
