NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The historic Ryman Auditorium hasn't been filled with music lately, due to COVID-19 restrictions. But Sturgill Simpson hit the stage to play some great music for and a even greater cause.
The Grammy Award winner played to a virtual audience for a fundraiser for several organizations including the Special Forces Foundation, Equity Alliance and MusicCares Covid-19 Relief Fund.
Even before the concert, Simpson helped raise more than $250,000. Click here for more information on how to donate. You can watch Simpson's performance here.
