Students suffer minor injuries when bus hits pole in Wilson County

LEBANON, Tenn. (WTVF) — Minor injuries were reported when a school bus hit a pole in Wilson County.

The incident happened early Monday morning and involved a bus that services Lebanon High School and Carroll Oakland Elementary.

Wilson County school officials said 12 students were on board when the driver veered off the road and struck a utility pole.

One or two students suffered minor injuries. The remaining students were picked up by another bus.

No additional details were known.
