The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a statewide AMBER Alert Sunday for a one-year-old girl. The alert was canceled a less than an hour after being issued.
According to the TBI, the baby was located safely and Brooke Hayes was taken into police custody.
The baby was last seen with Hayes at around 3 a.m. Sunday at the Kingsport Walmart.
A warrant for especially aggravated kidnapping was issued by the Kingsport Police Department for Hayes.
