A proposed development plan in Nashville would make the new building one of Music City’s tallest skyscrapers.
The Chicago-based developer released project animation Thursday.
The plan sets aside four acres at the corner of 6th Avenue and Ash Street to be the home of a 40-story office tower, and a mixed-use complex.
The tower would become one of Nashville's top three tallest buildings.
The project was in the early stages, but preliminary plans put the completion date sometime in 2022.
