Second suspect identified in murder of Caitlyn Kaufman on I-440

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville Police have identified a second suspect in the deadly shooting of Caitlyn Kaufman on Interstate 440.

Police officials say 28-year-old James Edward Cowan is wanted in Kaufman's murder. They have issued an arrest warrant for Cowan charging him with criminal homicide.

He has been added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Most Wanted List. The TBI said it is offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to his arrest and conviction. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is also offering a $5,000 reward in the case.

Metro Nashville Police SWAT members arrested Devaunte L. Hill on Dec. 11, at his East Nashville apartment. He was charged with criminal homicide.
