School Patrol: Music City Archery

Posted
and last updated

There's a lot of shooting going on, but at Music City Archery in Franklin, the weapons are bows and arrows, not bullets and guns.

Dalton and Teresa Greer, teach students the finer points of Archery.

Most of the students are homeschooled and range in ages elementary to high schoolers.

Students like Kyler Grissom who won the Junior Olympic Development competition in Georgia.

Kyler has a specially made bow, worth more than $2,000, but the average student can get their start a lot cheaper.

The sport strengthens not only their arms and posture, but more importantly, teaches them concentration and patience.
