The suspect accused of brutally attacking and killing his former employer at a Belle Meade gym was arrested in Kentucky.
According to police, Micheli made a couple stops after killing his former employer, 46-year-old Joel Paavola, with a hatchet and some kind of bladed instrument at Balance Fitness, located on Harding Pike.
Metro Nashville Police Tweeted new surveillance photos on Tuesday, showing Domenic Micheli at the facility around 8:16 a.m. - less than 90 minutes after the fatal attack. He appeared to be limping on his left leg.
Police say he requested a suture kit, but when he learned they weren't sold at the urgent care, he left to go to a drug store.

About an hour later, Micheli was seen at a Gallatin drug store where he bought medical items.
Micheli reportedly used to worked at Balance Fitness, which was owned by Paavola.
Paavola died en route to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A gofundme account was set up for Paavola, who was married with five children.
Micheli was arrested in Washington, D.C. for unlawful entry at a checkpoint near the White House.
Police asked citizens to continue to be on the lookout for Micheli. If you see him, call 615-862-8600. He is likely to be in the silver Toyota Prius.
Micheli was arrested Tuesday night by Kentucky State Police on I-65 near Bowling Green after being spotted by a motorist.
Troopers initiated a traffic stop and Micheli was taken into custody without incident.
He was driving the Toyota Prius. He was booked into the Warren County Jail at about 1:20 a.m. Wednesday.
A court date has been set for June 13. He will then be transferred back to Davidson County.
