Gunfire rang out outside of an Antioch strip mall on Bell Road near the Global Mall at the Crossings.
The crime took place around 9:30 p.m. Friday. Police said the victim was parked when someone opened his rear driver's side door.
The suspect held up a gun and demanded the victim’s belongings.
The victim then allegedly tried to wrestle the robber's gun away, which caused the victim to get shot in the hand. The suspect has not yet been arrested.
