The major development of One Bellevue Place is set to open in just a matter of days.
City leaders said the new development will transform what they said was a drag on the economy into a mall that will bring huge growth to the area.
The Chili's restaurant will be the first business to open its doors on Monday.
The grocery store Sprouts will soon follow on Wednesday.
"It all comes down to one word and that's 'transformative,' this has been the catalyst that has transformed this community into what you see all over the place now," said Metro Councilwoman Sheri Weiner.
In addition to stores and restaurants, One Bellevue Place will eventually include residential units and business offices.
