A 13-year-old Middle Tennessee boy is doing his part to spread some holiday cheer. Nathan Keaton spent his Saturday stuffing hundreds of stockings for the homeless in the area.

Nathan has been collecting donations since October. These donations included anything from deodorant to tissues.

He has gotten enough donations to fill 300 stockings and says he will bring them to Room In The Inn on December 21st.

The Room in the Inn in Nashville helps provide services to the homeless.

Nathan is thankful for everyone who has helped out in his mission to offer necessities to those who are less fortunate than him.

Last year, Nathan donated blankets to the homeless but wanted to do something more this year. It’s something Nathan says he will continue to do for as long as he can.

Each stocking is also filled with letters of encouragement that members of the community helped write.
