NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The federal trial for Wendy Askins -- which was set to begin next month -- has been delayed again.
Askins was the head of the Upper Cumberland Development District in Cookeville.
She was indicted last year over her use of agency money for a million-dollar home she called "Living the Dream."
What was supposed to be a home for seniors in need -- also become her home.
The judge delayed the trial because a lawyer for her co-defendant, Larry Webb, was tied up with other cases.
Right now, the trial is set for July 14, 2015.
