A DeKalb County pastor and builder accused of theft has agreed to pay tens of thousands of dollars in restitution to several of his victims.
NewsChannel 5 Investigates first told you about Duane Park back in 2015 after customers complained that they never got the fully built log cabin homes they paid for.
Park and his wife sold the homes to people around the country through their Starry Hill Log Homes website.
Just as the case was set to go to trial, Park reached a deal with prosecutors. He will serve five years probation and must pay more than $30,000 each to two of his former customers.
