The motorcycle and music festival, Nashville Bike Week, has been, once again, left to find another location for the event.
Last week, Bike Week promoters announced the 11-day event would be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in the parking lot near the Opry Mills Mall.
Bike Week Festival Moved To Opryland
However, late Tuesday afternoon, Gaylord officials told NewsChannel 5 Investigates, "This event will not be held at Gaylord Opryland," adding that the organizers of Bike Week have been notified.
Nashville Bike Week was supposed to be held at Loretta Lynn's Ranch in Humphreys County, but the ranch pulled out after they said they weren't paid.
A second location also in Humphreys County fell through after promoters failed to get a required state permit.
Bike Week promoters insisted they had a signed contract with Gaylord and that the company suddenly pulled out. They said they hope to make another announcement about the event by the end of the week.
