Fans of Chipotle might enjoy yet another freebie from the company. This time around, the company is offering customers free chips and guacamole.
Customers looking for free chips and guacamole can earn the free serving by clicking here. The link will take you to a game called the "Guac Hunter." You are supposed to look at different photos to spot the changes in the photos. Note, all participants earn the free chips and guacamole.
After playing the game, customers can get the free chips and guacamole by registering their mobile phone number, and receiving a coupon via text message. Customers have until March 31 to play the game, and April 10 to redeem their coupon.
Chipotle has been offering many free items since some locations shut down during the winter due to an E. coli outbreak. Chipotle has done other online contests, as well as sending coupons for free burritos, in an attempt to lure customers back into stores.
“2016 will be a very difficult year relative to our past performance. But, by staying true to our food culture and unique people culture, and layering on our rigorous food safety program, we are confident that we are now in a position to aggressively welcome customers into our restaurants and restore customer confidence in the things that make Chipotle great, said Monty Moran, co-CEO of Chipotle.
"With our full commitment to becoming an industry leader in food safety, and our continued focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, we are confident that Chipotle will emerge as an even stronger company."
