Nashville Howl created to thank frontline workers

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — People are howling for health care workers, Yes, you read correctly - howling.

The Nashville 8 o'clock Howl can be heard in some neighborhoods around town as a way to thank frontline workers and connect with neighbors.

It began with some people letting out loud howls at 8 p.m., creating a fun couple of minutes for people during this time of social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A Facebook group was created, which has grown to have almost 2,500 members.
