NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Metro Nashville Public Schools teacher was injured this week after he was trying to break up a fight among students.
MNPS officials said the teacher at McGavock High School was transported to Vanderbilt University.
He received stitches before being released home early in the day.
MNPS officials couldn't release anymore details about the incident.
