NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The owner of the Soho Lounge on Bell Road in Nashville was arrested for breaking the curfew of the city's COVID-19 restrictions.
Metro Police officers were conducting bar checks Sunday and found the bar was still open past 11 p.m. and people were still drinking, according to arrest records.
Bars in Davidson County are supposed to stop serving at 10 p.m. and close by 11 p.m. Abey Teferi was arrested as a result.
A police report says the bar had already been cited for staying open past the curfew.
