RUTHERFORD CO., Tenn. (WTVF) — Officers are looking for a man wanted on multiple warrants, who nearly hit deputies with his vehicle as they tried to arrest him in La Vergne, officials say.

The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office says deputies approached Steven Tyler Ralston on the 100 block of Rocky Tock Street on Sunday. He reportedly drove off, almost striking the officers.

Deputies pursued Ralston to Waldon Road and onto Interstate 24 but could not catch him.

Returning to the residence on Rocky Tock Street, they found Payton Bozeman, along with a stolen Chevrolet Cavalier. Bozeman is charged with theft in Rutherford County and aggravated burglary in Bedford County.

The Sheriff's Office says Ralston is a confirmed gang member with the Aryan Brotherhood, with a history of being armed. They also say he has made threats to law enforcement that he will not go back to jail.

Along with today's warrant for felony evading arrest with risk of death or injury to the deputies, Ralston is wanted for felony evading arrest with a vehicle and felony reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon in Williamson County, felony aggravated assault with a motor vehicle and misdemeanor theft in Smyrna, as well as felony motorcycle theft in Maury County.

Officials say if you see Ralston, do not approach him. They ask you to contact your local police immediately or the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office at 615-898-7770.
