CROSS PLAINS, Tenn. (WTVF) — Authorities have asked the public’s help in locating a suspect who allegedly shot and killed a motorcyclist in Robertson County.

The incident was reported at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Robertson Road and Friendship Road in Cross Plains.

Robertson County Sheriff’s officials said 42-year-old Brandon Rettich was fatally wounded and had already died when deputies got to the scene.

The suspect, identified as 22-year-old Marquis Waller, fled in a yellow Ford Mustang. Warrants, charging him with criminal homicide, have been obtained in the case.
